REELAZE Content Management Regulations

(Final update: 2021/12)

This document defines the norms and code of conduct of creators and viewing users, including content registered and distributed through the REELAZE service platform. This regulation will provide guidance on permitted and blocked content to ensure that the REELAZE service platform remains a satisfactory space for all.

1. Processing of content in violation of regulations

REELAZE will delete any content that violates the content management regulations. Violating content will go unexposed for a period of seven days and will be invisible in all areas of the REELAZE platform other than the profile screen of the person who registered the content. Non-exposure conversion processing will be notified to the individual who has registered the content, and if the user is familiar with the REELAZE content management regulations and believes the decision is incorrect, he or she may raise an objection within 7 days.

REELAZE will once again confirm this decision for non-exposure transition content challenged by the registrant. If it is concluded that the user's objection is reasonable, the content will return to normal again and will be exposed normally throughout the REELAZE service platform without any restrictions, just like any other content.

If REELAZE determines that the reason for the non-exposure processing of the content is reasonable despite an objection from the registrant, the content will be permanently deleted and the results of this processing will be notified to the user.

Alternatively, if the registrant of the content in violation of the Regulations is familiar with the REELAZE content management regulations and confirms the content in violation, the REELAZE service may be requested to delete the content. Upon receipt of the deletion request, REELAZE will immediately delete the content.

Finally, after the non-exposure of the content in violation of the regulations, the content will also be permanently deleted after a seven-day period has elapsed without any feedback from the registered user.

2. Processing of battle collaborations that contain content that violates regulations

The REELAZE service is established in the form of co-creation by several users. Therefore, if the content of the battle collaboration, which is a collaborative creation, contains content that violates the regulations, REELAZE has no choice but to treat the entire battle collaboration as non-exposure. The non-exposed battle collaboration will be restored when the subsequent processing of the content in violation of the regulations specified in item 1 above is completed, in the form of normal inclusion of all configuration content or permanent deletion of only the content in violation of the regulations. If it is restored again except for the content in question, the part will be empty and new users can register new content in the part and continue the battle collaboration again.
